Learn to Learn (L2L) competence consists of five abilities:
- Ability to motivate yourself and to develop your self-esteem.
- Ability to reflect your learning experiences.
- Ability to manage your time.
- Ability to organize the information.
- Ability to learn in groups.
We call this instrument ‘Guide’ because it will show your strengths and weaknesses and provide you with recommendations how to develop your Learn to Learn competence to be a better learner.
Complete the questionnaire and find which of your L2L abilities have the lowest scores. They possibly are obstacles or difficulties of your learning potential. You should develop these abilities, and from here the journey to enhance your skills begins.
You can use this instrument alone for your self-development purposes. Our experience shows that dealing with some problems alone could be very difficult. In many cases we need some help and encouragement from other people. It could be your colleagues learners, your friends or parents and, of course, your teachers or trainers. Don’t scruple to ask for their help.
You can use on-line L2L self-assessment questionnaire or download a pdf version of the questionnaire and the recommendations. Print it out and fill in. In case you fill in the on-line version, you will automatically receive the recommendations. If you fill in the pdf version, you will have to download them and your individual recommendations according to your results.
